– How do I make my room reservation?
The block for our MS Awareness Mini-Retreat and proclamation ceremony March 24-26, 2023 at Holiday Inn Valley View/Airport is open. Our room rate is $119 for king or $129 for 2 queens. Price includes a full, cooked breakfast. If you need an accessible room, we recommend that you make your reservations right away. The block is only available until March 8th. Our group code is MSA. Candlewood Suites – Valley View

– Can I stay longer than just Friday and Saturday nights?
Yes. Our block has been expanded to include Thursday and Sunday nights.
– Can I bring my pet if I am staying in the hotel?
Pets are welcome. There is a 50.00 non refundable pet deep cleaning fee per pet plus 25.00 fee per additional night. Designated pet walking area on site.
– Is there a late check out?
Yes, but there is limited availability. Email msav4hope@gmail.com and we will help you to coordinate that. Put Late Checkout Request in the subject line of your email.
– What is the difference between Holiday Inn rooms and Candlewood Suites rooms?
Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites are in the same building. Candlewood Suites are like a regular room with a little kitchenette and Holiday Inn rooms are just standard rooms.
– Do I have to pay to park?
No
– Is there a schedule for the weekend yet?
The schedule is still being built, but we can tell you there will be educational dinner programs on Friday and Saturday nights, a Proclamation Ceremony, roundtable discussions and exhibits. When you check in, you will be given a full schedule. We will release more information as we have it.
– What fun activities can I expect for the weekend?
Bring your most fun or favorite pajamas for the Pajama Parade and Party on Friday. We will have a game room and a hospitality room. If you have a game you would love to play with others, bring it. If you are staying at the hotel, there is an indoor pool. Make sure you bring what you need to either swim or sit by the pool.
– What meals will be included in this event?
The hotel will provide a cooked breakfast for those who made their reservations on our block. Pharmaceutical dinner programs will be held Friday and Saturday nights. All other meals will be your responsibility.

There will be a formal Proclamation Ceremony on Saturday, please bring your proclamation with you for the ceremony.
