How do I register? – You can register by going to  https://msallianceofva.org/programs/annual-respite-camp/. There you will find links to register for the event and the Brian Mason Scholarship application form.

 

How much does it cost? Brian Mason Respite Scholarship: $45.00 per person for the weekend of August 18-20 (two nights, Friday and Saturday nights).  MSAV Access Fest Special Rate: Volunteers and kids 4-18 only $100 per person for the weekend of August 18-20 (two nights, Friday and Saturday nights). MSAV Access Fest: $160 per person for the weekend of August 18-20 (two nights, Friday and Saturday nights. Add-on days: $30 per person per night (Thursday night August 17 and/or Sunday night August 20 with check out on Monday the 21st – meals and activities not included in add-on days).

 

What do I get for my money? –

– 2 nights lodging (Friday and Saturday Nights)

– 3 full days of entertainment and other activities.

– Meals.

– Free parking.

– Free shuttles around campus.

– Swimming Pool, Pontoon Rides, and Nightly Campfire.

– Free water stations throughout the facility.

– Gameroom and prizes.

– Educational and empowering workshops, discussion groups and speakers.

 

Do you provide transportation? –  No, but we can put you on a list of people who need a ride or are willing to ride-share.

 

If I volunteer, do I have to pay? –  If you volunteer at least 30 hours between June 10 and August 22 you can qualify to reduce the price of your ticket to $100.00. You must be approved for this option.

 

When do I have to pay? – No later than August 10.

 

When does registration close? – August 2.
