The MS Alliance of Virginia may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas of the Site where user Communications may be made available, including, but not limited to, chat rooms, bulletin boards, and other user forums. The MS Alliance of Virginia, however, will have no liability related to the content of any such Communications, whether arising under the laws of copyright, defamation, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. The MS Alliance of Virginia retains the right to remove, in its sole discretion, Communications that violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein, especially including those in Section 13 below.

You will receive a login and password upon completing the site’s forum registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through use of your password.
